使用彩幕 ChromaBoard（以下简称“本应用”）即表示你同意本服务条款。如不同意，请停止使用本应用。
2. 应用用途
本应用用于将 iPhone 或 iPad 的屏幕作为滚动字幕、静止文字或彩色闪屏显示工具，并可在附近设备之间进行多屏拼接联动。
3. 安全提示
- 彩色闪屏、高速频闪和高亮显示可能对部分人群造成不适，包括光敏性癫痫风险。请谨慎使用相关效果。
- 请勿在驾驶、操作机械、紧急疏散、医疗救助等需要专业设备或持续注意力的场景中依赖本应用。
- 请遵守公共场所、演出场馆、交通工具及当地法律法规关于屏幕亮度、频闪和标识展示的要求。
4. 用户内容
你对在本应用中输入、保存和展示的文字内容负责。请勿使用本应用展示违法、侵权、骚扰、仇恨、欺诈或其他不当内容。
5. 多屏联动
多屏联动依赖附近设备、本地网络、蓝牙、系统权限和无线环境。我们会尽力提供稳定体验，但不保证在所有设备、系统、网络或环境下完全同步或持续连接。
6. 免责声明
本应用按“现状”和“可用”提供。在法律允许范围内，我们不对因使用或无法使用本应用导致的任何直接或间接损失承担责任。

1. Acceptance
By using ChromaBoard, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please stop using the app.
2. Purpose
ChromaBoard turns an iPhone or iPad screen into a display board for scrolling text, static text, and color flash effects, including multi-device screen stitching with nearby devices.
3. Safety Notice
- Color flash effects, strobe effects, and bright displays may cause discomfort for some users, including photosensitive seizure risk. Use these effects carefully.
- Do not rely on the app while driving, operating machinery, during emergency evacuation, for medical assistance, or in any situation requiring professional equipment or continuous attention.
- Follow local laws and venue rules regarding screen brightness, flashing lights, and public signage.
4. User Content
You are responsible for the text you enter, save, and display in the app. Do not use the app to display illegal, infringing, harassing, hateful, fraudulent, or otherwise inappropriate content.
5. Multi-Device Synchronization
Multi-device synchronization depends on nearby devices, local network, Bluetooth, system permissions, and wireless conditions. We try to provide a stable experience but do not guarantee perfect synchronization or continuous connectivity across all devices, operating systems, or environments.
